  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose your preferred pickup date and time through our portal; a courier partner will arrive at your doorstep to collect the return parcel.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
